Exchanges Made Easy – and Free
Eligibility for Exchange
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and unopened in their original packaging. (For hygiene reasons, worn or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged and will not be sent back to you.)
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 50 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: You'll just need your order number and email when getting in touch.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email Us: Send a request to letusknow@donnyjons.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
- Free Shipping: We'll cover the cost of return shipping. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label once your request is approved.
- Fast Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll send your exchange out promptly.
50-Day Comfort Guarantee (First Pair Only)
We know trying a new pair of undies is personal. If you're not 100% happy with the fit or feel of your first pair, we'll refund you in full—no questions asked, and no return required.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we're sorry. We'll make it right—quickly and at no cost to you.
Email letusknow@donnyjons.com with photos and a short description of the issue and we'll sort it straight away.
Important Notes
- Hygiene Policy: Opened or worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Free Returns: We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.
